How to support CLUTCH
CLUTCH is growing, and we need your help to take the next step - a permanent space!
Since our founding, CLUTCH has been a vital support system for LGBTQ+ youth in Nampa and the surrounding areas. We’ve created a space where teens can be themselves, find community, and connect with vital resources. With our weekly attendance increasing each year since 2022, we're ready to dream big.
With a building of our own, we could provide:
• Expanded programming for more age-ranges
• A kitchen for weekly meals and cooking classes
• A food pantry to combat food insecurity
• A free community clothing closet
• Counseling spaces
• Outdoor greenspace
Our Goal: $500,000 to fund our forever NEST. Every donation helps build a foundation for community growth through more LGBTQ+ centered events in Canyon County and beyond!
This amount would cover the purchase and renovation of our ideal space; a multi-room home in downtown Nampa with a yard and kitchen for expanded programming. Funds will also go towards long-term sustainability for a safe forever NEST for CLUTCH and the greater LGBTQ+ community in Idaho. Whether it's $5, or $5,000 - your gift will help us cement a place in Nampa where queer and trans youth can be safe, loved and secure!

Have a night or two each month where you'd like to come hang out with an awesome group of teens? CLUTCH is always in need of volunteers.
We need folks who can commit to one CLUTCH meeting a month, or are willing to rep us at our booth at local events. We bring everything you need to prepare, so it only costs your time! Each of our volunteers are vetted and required to complete a background check (cost is only $25). Our volunteers help with:

Donations of any size help CLUTCH operate. Each week we supply a meal and provide a fun activity - arts/crafts, trivia, scavenger hunts, etc., and we couldn't do it without support. Thankfully as a fully registered 501c3 your donations are tax deductible as well!

We are always looking for ways to connect with affirming counselors, teachers, local business owners, and compassionate folks can help us reach LGBTQ+ teens who need space to just be.
